On behalf of the HRK Foundation Trustees, we would like to share some changes at HRK Foundation. The Trustees are currently engaged in a period of planning and restructuring, the first element of which is the sunsetting of the MAHADH Fund of HRK Foundation as of 31 December 2020.
The MAHADH Fund was founded as the Mary Andersen Hulings Foundation in 1962 by Betty and Bill Hulings (Mary Andersen Hulings and A.D. Hulings). Their commitment to our community and generous spirit have inspired us for decades and will continue to guide us as we move forward.
Additional elements of our restructuring include the MAHADH Fund’s significantly higher funding in 2020 in response to the challenges of Covid-19, and the “Farewell” gifts the Trustees approved in response to the sunsetting of this Fund.
It has been an honor and a privilege to work with and learn from our valued community partners over the years. We wish you all good health and continued success in the future.
