Mary H. Rice passed away on December 2, 2020, after a long full life of joyful philanthropy and enthusiastic community involvement. In honor of Mary’s generous spirit and love for her community, the Mary H. Rice Foundation Board and Members have decided to spend down Mary’s Fund. As of December 31, 2021, final pledges were announced to long-time community partners to help ease the transition for the organizations she valued so deeply.
It was Mary’s great honor and privilege to partner with these organizations over the years, and it is in her memory that the final Mary H. Rice Foundation gifts are made.
